Why?

People who do not know what they are doing will ruin the shoot for everyone who does.

​

People who Think they know what they are doing tend to not listen to the director, is a time disruptor and ultimately ruins the shoot for everyone else.

​

Working with disruptive talent is considered a

‘Hostile Work Environment’

for the professionally focused crew and talent.

 

0 Tolerance Policy:

Staff are notified to immediately dismiss Anyone from set or class with Intentionally Disruptive Behavior.

Mistakes are expected and how we grow.

But we do not have time for or put up with malice.

It takes away the quality of the experience from everyone participating and focuses time and energy on the negative. No Thank You, Good Bye

We notify the agencies of your job ability and work ethic.

Agents cannot afford to work with half invested talent & we cannot afford to work without the agencies so as talent scouts and developers, we keep it honest & generally shoot behind the scenes video for production continuity which also reveals work ethics amongst other things.

A store could go Viral with a Reel of malicious and ill-behaved influencers. Not all publicity is good publicity.

Talent or Recruits who disrupt a client’s business, shoot or ANY project will not be permitted to submit for another Brooks Avenue/Equal Equity sponsored project for one year.
